Keyboard Lord

I am lord
of my keyboard.
A keyboard lord
is like a budget
radio Rambo.
Instead of
pulling the trigger
I toggle keys.
I take aim
with my mouse
and fire a missive.
Instead of cutting
with survival knife
I wound with words.
My grand hand
raps like a rooster
pecking the eyes out
of little letters;
pecking patches
of shadowy serifs.
